Everything we do at Grafter is inspired by our members. We don’t want to just provide a flexible workspace experience; we want to provide the best, most intuitive workplace experience, no matter how you work.
Today, we’re proud to introduce the latest iteration in that mission: the Grafter app. A dedicated hub for all things Grafter, this state-of-the-art portal allows our members even more flexibility in terms of how they engage with the office, all from the palm of your hand.
Book Meeting Rooms
From the Grafter app, members can book meeting rooms throughout the whole of the Grafter portfolio as often as they need.
Check availability and request additional services, such as teas & coffees, catering, extra chairs or phone conferencing equipment — whatever you need to make your meeting a success.
And if you’re inviting attendees from outside of Grafter, you can add your guests at time of booking. They’ll receive an invite directly into their inbox, with meeting start times and all the info they need.
It’s never been so easy to meet, present and connect at Grafter.
Attend Events
Joining a community like Grafter gives you access to our exclusive members’ events – networking opportunities, panel discussions, celebrations and more that add value to your membership.
You can stay up-to-date on all Grafter events through the home page of your Grafter app. Through the events page, you can browse events and book tickets to the ones that hit home. It’s all part of our ethos of bringing our members together.
All of your ticketing info will be kept handy in your app, so you don’t have to go looking for tickets through your email. When the date arrives, all you need to do is turn up and enjoy!
Invite Guests
Business is better with a friend. With the new Grafter app, members can ensure a seamless experience for their colleagues and clients by logging visitors and inviting guests.
In a shared workspace community, privacy and security are paramount. Guest invitation adds another layer of security to our buildings. Each guest is given a unique code and on arrival, they’ll be greeted with the same warm welcome as our members by our on-site concierge staff.
Log Maintenance Requests
If there’s an unexpected issue with your workspace, we want to get it sorted as quickly as possible. Our on-site maintenance team is skilled when it comes to fixing any problem you might run into - and now our members have an easy way to communicate directly when things don’t go as planned.
With your Grafter app, log maintenance requests and keep updated on progress as we work to get everything back up to speed. Upload photos and enjoy a live chat service, real-time updates that give you peace-of-mind.
Access Exclusive Content
At Grafter, we want to provide everything your business needs to succeed. We take care of the little details, and that includes offering you exclusive content on all things business and workspace.
