This imposing office building extends to 5,000 sq. feet over five floors with enhanced Georgian features including sliding sash & cast-iron balconies coupled with new natural slate roofing, stone floors and feature crittall glazing. RESTORATION

Forty-One has been comprehensively restored by skilled craftsmen after laying vacant for over 40 years. New natural slate roofing has been fitted, original windows, stone floors and steps, plasterwork and joinery has been retained, repaired, cleaned and replaced as required.

External brickwork was rebuilt, cleaned and pointed in lime mortar. Decorative stone cast iron elements were restored by specialists Nolan Conservation and Bushy Park ironworks. The result is a stunningly restored office building in an excellent location adjacent to St. Stephen’s Green.
